Import authorization for Clearview

Before setting import authorization, an administrator must identify which users are to be allowed to import data for your payroll.

Use the Import Authorization page. From the Company menu, select Import Authorization. to add new import users, view import users or change a user's authorization to import data.

The Import Authorization page is broken into two sections:

• New Import Users - for setting up and editing new import users prior to the first import by that user.
• Import Users - for displaying users who have previously imported files. This section is used to disable or re-enable users as required.
